Since 2005, Luminix Consulting has been involved in over 25 reverse mergers, serving as a catapult, which facilitates commerce in the equity markets. Over the past 12 years, Luminix Consulting has streamlined the reverse merger process and built a team of experts to get the job done so our clients can focus on what matters most- "The Business".
Recently, our Learning Science Research division invested in UBC research project, the "Smart Learning Systems". The research project is leaded by UBC Professors with more than 15 years educational research and real educational experience, the project focuses on Learning Science by creating training programs and high tech instruments to improve students' Working Memory, Executive Function, and Brain Power. We deliver our training programs by designs and produces Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) products based on social constructive framework to support health care workers, trainees, and international students to construct their learning effectively.
Luminix also joined UBC's entrepreneurship program that incubates technology startups. Our research projects are well evaluated by UBC Technology Enterprise Facility, University of British Columbia and funded by "Mitacs". Mitacs is a national, not-for-profit organization funded directly by Canadian Federal Government that has designed and delivered research and training programs in Canada Top universities for 18 years.
